Join us for a fun round of golf and networking as we celebrate our annual golf event for ISM-Chicago & CSCMP Chicago. Come at 11am to get your clubs and cart situated and enjoy a quick bite. Golf will start with a shotgun start at 1pm. We expect this one to fill up fast so get registered right away! For those who do not want to participate in the golf event, you can also register for dinner only and network. We will have raffles, prizes, and even a hole that has a golf ball launcher to expand the fun. We will also allow hole sponsorships that will allow some of our partners to be able to get some advertisement out to each hole.

Welcome!  Thank you for visiting our new website.  On behalf of the board, come on in.  Explore our new site and stay a bit.

ISM—Chicago, Inc. is a non-profit organization, it has been our goal to maintain the highest level of excellence to the procurement and supply management professionals in the Midwest to continue leadership in Ethics, Professionalism, Education, Research, and Networking.  Our chapter has membership meetings where we discuss topics relevant to today's professionals and networking opportunities.  We'd love to see you on-line or in person!

ISM—Chicago offers certification courses for professionals to earn Certified Professional in Supply Management® (CPSM®) and Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity® (CPSD™).  These courses help attendees prepare to pass each section of the exam.  Each certification broadens your competencies in supply management.

June - Chicago Business Barometer™

 

The Chicago Business Barometer™ fell 0.1 points to 40.4 in June.  The index is now 7.2 points below March's year-to-date high of 47.6 and has now been below 50 for nineteen consecutive months.    

The slight decrease was driven by a fall in Supplier Deliveries, Production, Employment, and Order Backlogs.  This was almost fully offset by a rise in New Orders.
