ISM—Chicago is a non-profit association dedicated to strengthening the community of procurement and supply professionals in the greater Chicago area and Northwest Indiana.

As a chapter of the Institute for Supply Management® (ISM), we are committed to the ongoing professional development of our members and the purchasing/supply management profession through education, research, and communication.

Instructor: Dyci Sfregola

Dyci holds a Certified Supply Chain Professional certification from APICS/ASCM and she is also a certified Anaplan model builder and trainer and a member of the Council for Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). She leverages her liberal arts background, multilingual skills and technical education to lead project teams across geographical regions, drive user adoption of digital business tools, and uncover new ways of working in the supply chain. Her expertise lies in process improvement as it relates to S&OP and inventory management, change management and user adoption of digital tools, and collaboration across the value chain.

She founded New Gen Architects in 2020 to support and advise companies through digital transformation company growth through technology implementations. She started NGA to leverage her business acumen and technical expertise to empower clients to be customer-centric and scale intelligently, a successful recipe that helped NGA grow to 7 employees and generate over $1 million in revenue in its first year of existence. Through business and digital architecture advisory services, Dyci and her team direct clients on how to establish efficient processes, identify and implement digital technologies, and effectively engage people as a roadmap for success.

As a growth consultant, Dyci uses her understanding of sales and marketing to guide executives and business owners through operations process improvement to ensure profitable and sustainable growth. She is committed to helping small and medium businesses improve their ways of working, productivity, quality, and profit margins by adopting digital technologies – and upskilling and reskilling their workforce along the way. As a construction consultant and advisor, Dyci uses her understanding of sales and marketing, supply chain and manufacturing operations, and software technology to guide real estate investors and developers on execution of construction projects leveraging digital tools and AI. She is committed to connecting innovative developers and investors with the economic development teams, industrialized construction partners, technology vendors and the supply chain and logistics providers required to build faster, more sustainably, and with better quality.
