As Senior Vice President at Graham Packaging, Desen Lu is member of Executive Leadership Team. Lu leads global procurement and supply chain operations. Lu had over 20 years of experience in supply management and advancing leadership roles, including 10 years with private equity owned firms and 11 years with General Electric. An accomplished leader with diverse experience in multiple industries, globally. Lu brings open mindsets, best practices and delivers performance improvements in both multi-national public corporations, as well as private equity owned companies. During his time at Graham, Lu has a proven track record of developing collaborative environment, building dedicated teams and coaching emerging young professionals.
