Sarah Monroe is the current Executive Director of Indirect Procurement for Duly Health & Care. Throughout her 9+ year sourcing career, Sarah has seen many sides of the healthcare industry from Medical Supplies with Medline, Med Tech/Pharma at Abbott Laboratories, Pharmacy Retail at Walgreens and now the Provider space at Duly Health & Care. Sarah began her sourcing career in global product management for Medline where she oversaw class 1 and class 2 medical device categories. She later stepped into a merchandising role leading a team in the Office and Facilities category space for Essendant, the nation’s largest wholesale office products distributor. Sarah has continued her sourcing career path by transitioning into indirect procurement category leadership, with primary focus on various supply chain categories, pharmacy and global professional services, strategic consulting and marketing. She received her MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2015, with a specialization in Finance. Sarah is also the recipient of the 2020 ISM Chicago John Pressley Award, for dedicated service to advancing the procurement and purchasing profession.
